First we get to know each team member to have a starting view on how things will move. Set rules, agreements and core values that we have to follow and that all of us agree upon.
Second we start brainstorming ideas and create a starting concept (no ideas are wrong and should not be hasitant to be put for everyone to discuss).
After that we move paper scetches and setting realistic goals for our future prototype.
Then we move to doing more advanced paper prototypes and let the ideas merge into more profaned prototype.
